Founder Corey Sauerwein is a longtime contractor in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He is refocusing his energy on homebuilding after spending the last few years developing long-term care facilities.

We closed on four new home lots on Nano Nagel (east of the Brown County Fairgrounds). We’re excited to get to work building and to showcase our new home designs in Aberdeen!

Dirtwork on our first homebuild got underway this morning on the North HAPI development in Aberdeen. We’re excited to take advantage of the weather and get our new home projects underway!
